L.A. Tribal is the Los Angeles bellydance troupe of Tanda Neelam, performing American Tribal Style bellydance (commonly known as ATS). It is a modern style created in San Francisco, California, by FatChanceBellyDance (FCBD) director, Carolena Nericcio.

American Tribal Style (ATS) is a blend of different ethnic styles in movement and costume. It has nothing to do with representing a particular tribe, combining movement vocabularies and regional costuming from several. The dancers interact with each other while improvising a simple movement vocabulary with the same stylization among all members.
